Our cuisine is Mediterranean without ever forgetting the traditions of Romagna with a buffet served at the table. There will be "Baby Menus", delicious snacks for the little ones and themed evenings such as the typical Romagna dinner. For mothers of newborns, a kitchenette equipped for the preparation of baby food.

Every day our chefs are careful in preparing tasty menus. Hot and cold appetizers, first and second courses, meat, fish, vegetables, desserts and ice cream, everything is designed for the well-being of our guests.
Many typical dishes of the Romagna tradition blend with exquisite recipes of Mediterranean cuisine using fresh local products at Km 0.

You can choose from the various buffet proposals, prepared by our chefs suitable for all tastes:

Happy Romagna: typical dinner a special evening with a typical dinner dedicated to the land of Romagna. Discover the best traditional dishes including the famous piadina with local cold cuts and cheeses such as squacquerone. Tagliatelle, strozzapreti, cappelletti, a grilled meat with pinzimonio and finally a nice slice of donut dipped in white albana wine!
And for the little ones? Baby Menu and tailor-made snacks!

For weaning infants there is a kitchenette equipped for mothers.It can be used at any time of the day to prepare broths, vegetable soups and pasta just like at home.
